1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Erie Peak Plumbing Co. ("the Company") for plumbing or sewer services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please inform dispatch before work commences.
2. Upfront Flat-Rate Estimates & Diagnostic Policy
We pride ourselves on 100% transparent pricing:
- Written Approval: No wrench will touch your plumbing fixtures without your prior written authorization of the flat-rate estimate.
- Diagnostic Fee Credit: A standard diagnostic fee covers travel and initial assessment. When you authorize the recommended repair on that visit, this fee is 100% credited toward job cost.
- Unforeseen Concealed Complications: Hidden damage or preexisting non-code conditions behind walls pause work. A supplemental change order will be presented for your written approval before proceeding.
3. Workmanship & Manufacturer Warranties
We back all standard repairs with a minimum 1-Year Workmanship Warranty covering labor and fittings. Major equipment like Bradford White and Navien units carries manufacturer warranties (5 to 10 years). Warranties exclude freeze damage, neglect, chemical drain opener misuse, or water pressure surges exceeding 80 PSI without a PRV.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient service visit:
- An authorized adult (18 years or older) with financial authority must be present during the appointment.
- Homeowners must provide safe, clear access to the work area, main water shutoff valve, electrical panels, and water heater closets. Pets must be secured away from work zones.
5. Emergency Service & Cancellation
We offer 24/7 priority dispatch. Non-emergency appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window. Cancellations after a technician is en route may incur a travel dispatch charge.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal disputes arising from services performed shall be resolved in the courts of Boulder or Weld County, Colorado.
